Challenge: The Bowlmor AMF Brand portfolio wanted to increase food and beverage sales through creation of a laneside touch-screen menu.
Solution: With a highly millennial customer demographic, the best solution was to create a photography heavy application. This required art directing food and beverage photoshoots and designing an Instagram style user interface while maintaining the Bowlmor brand identity. Customization at your fingertips was key. Each food and drink item could be personalized through multiple modification buttons. The application made ordering easy, fun, and fast and increased sales dramatically in just the first few weeks of implementation.
